If possible, I’d even run finesse armor (I’ve moved away from mages with shields for added difficulty.) as a few necro from gear with living armor would make you quite tanky. Any coffin that is shut tight can be opened by a high Strength character. Literally you would be able to unleash all your major cooldowns in just two turns for the first 10-12 levels and your damage would be pretty strong. With living armor, the poisoned effect from your initial poisoning would help restore the magic armor you’ll lose from the fire you’re standing in as well. Enemies would inevitably ignite your poison, converting your elemental affinity into fire for your Pyro skills, otherwise ignition for 1AP would do so while also applying burning for the damage boost with torturer and convert it to fire for you. Torturer would let you apply poison through armor for damage over time. Having to conceal yourself is a non issue since even if your skeleton is exposed, the game only cares if you have stuff equipped on all armor slots. Play Dead is INCREDIBLY useful, unlimited lockpicking is extremely nice, and its very easy to get poison potions/food. You could then use fossil strike and impale as all these would be 1AP each. I honestly think Undead is easier to play as. Rain then contamination would set up Geo elemental affinity which would also heal you. I'd advise pick one party member that you rely on for these situations and develop accordingly - but don't expect that all NPC's can be convinced or that you'll be able to cover all scenarios.I actually want to play a game as an undead Geo/pyro mage. 21 Next Tough fights and bosses Fort Joy Prev Puzzles and secrets Arx In this chapter you can find information about all key and challenging fights that take place on Reaper's Coast. In generally if you want to depend on talking / convincing NPC's Persuasion is the best skill to have and works well with Pet Pal skill. Matis, Klaud, and Jules are laying in makeshift tents badly injured, the rebels’ amateur medic overwhelmed by their wounds. Well they are not exactly void bears, they just guard void-tainted honey. I think the bear family is to make you feel guilty if you use Hannag to boost your Source Points. This Seeker outpost has seen better days and so have a few soldiers to the east of it. You get some XP for killing the void bears. Top that off with Attitude of the NPC to the character that is conversing (and it is the character that is important not the party) can make persuasion seem pretty tough and erratic. 7 Healing Touch After escaping Fort Joy, you’ll eventually find your way to the Sanctuary of Amadia. Also, using a character with higher relevent stat (Strength for example) will be less successful than using one with lower strength but. High persuasion certainly helps, but depending on the conversation stats such as FINesse, CONstitution, STRength etc will also matter. SO it may act as a multiplier of some sort.Įqually, some checks will require a specific character TAG (like scholar, mystic) or species profile (elf/dwarf) Theyre not simple one 1:1 checks such that high Persuasion success. Divinity: Original Sin 2 has been out for. Also, using a character with higher relevent stat (Strength for example) will be less successful than using one with lower strength but higher persuasion. Published Undead characters might seem cool in Divinity: Original Sin 2, but you need to know what skills to use with them. They're not simple one 1:1 checks such that high Persuasion = success
